Terms & Policies
We ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice before cancelling a session. If we do not hear from you on the day of your session and you have not cancelled your appointment, we will contact your emergency contact to ensure that you have not been hospitalized or harmed in some way.
We encourage you to complete the homework assigned at the end of each session. If you do not do the homework you will miss out on a large part of the therapeutic process.
If you are a current client, we encourage you to use the patient portal for any electronic communication. You can pay, schedule your appointments, send attachments, and journal using the portal. Texting to 252-493-6215 is acceptable for current and new clients with the knowledge that the connection may not be secure.
We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. All payment is due at the time of service unless discussed prior to your session.
